Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Superintendent responsible for overseeing construction projects. This role involves inspection and oversight of project sites, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors, ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect construction project sites.
• Manage subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.
• Order necessary materials and schedule inspections.
• Ensure the project remains on the allocated schedule.
• Maintain and manage the project budget.

Essential Skills

• Experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in subcontractor management.
• Expertise in schedule management.
• Ability to order and manage materials efficiently.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and safety inspection.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in safety management and oversight.
• Proficient in blueprint reading.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
