Job Title: Commercial construction Superintendent
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Project Superintendent responsible for overseeing construction projects. This role involves inspection and oversight of project sites, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors, ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspect construction project sites.
- Manage subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.
- Order necessary materials and schedule inspections.
- Ensure the project remains on the allocated schedule.
- Maintain and manage the project budget.
Essential Skills
- Experience in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in subcontractor management.
- Expertise in schedule management.
- Ability to order and manage materials efficiently.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and safety inspection.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards.

- Strong background in safety management and oversight.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
