**Job Description:** Looking to get your foot in the door with a solid construction crew? Were hiring a **General Laborer** to help keep our job sites clean, safe, and running smoothly. If youre dependable, hands-on, and ready to work outdoors, this could be the perfect fit.

**Pay:** $20/hour

**Requirements:** Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation / Clean record - able to pass back ground check / Construction experience

**What Youll Do**

+ Sweep, clean, and remove debris from active construction sites

+ Load and unload materials and equipment

+ Keep work areas organized and hazard-free

+ Assist crew members with general tasks as needed

+ Follow safety protocols and report any issues to your supervisor

**What You Bring**

+ A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

+ Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet all day

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
