We're looking for skilled and dependable Welders to join our advanced manufacturing team in Terre Haute, IN. Location: Terre Haute, IN
Pay: Starting at $19.76/hr - up to $25/hr based on experience
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+10% shift differential)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+10% shift differential)
What You'll Do:
Perform basic welding operations including setup, prep, and material handling
Weld a variety of materials using TIG welding techniques
Assemble and rework parts per specifications
Certify across multiple material types for TIG and/or EB welding
Read blues and to accurate part assembly and weld
Inspect finished welds for defects and quality assurance
Use manual, automatic, and dabber TIG (fusion) welding equipment
Measure parts using precision tools and ensure tight tolerances
Maintain work area cleanliness and tooling
Support continuous improvement efforts and safety initiatives
Complete additional duties as assigned
What You Bring:
1+ years of welding experience (TIG preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret blues and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience with welding prep and part inspection is a plus
