Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Job duties will be operating farm machinery to plant, cultivate,

harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow,

disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil: plant and cultivate grain. Tow\

harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine, John

Deere R series Sprayers, John Deere R series tractor, and John Deere

Excavators. Work on Center pivot irrigation systems and service them

along with the placement of irrigation pipe. Perform a variety of duties

such as lubricating and doing minor repairs to farm machinery and

driving grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area

on/off the farm, within 40 miles round trip, not crossing state lines

and no CDL required. May be asked to wash and clean farm equipment and

trucks as needed. Workers may work in rice fields to control water level

for irrigation. Workers with driver license may be asked to drive

workers from/to housing, worksite, and grocery store.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a

no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together

employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors

of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders

submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited

upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a

SWA is in any way a party
