Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/1/25 - 11/15/25

Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and

post-harvest treatment of crops such as working with bins and augers to

load carts and trailers and to stack hay; Repair and maintain farm

vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair,

maintain, and operate poly pipe and flood irrigation equipment such as

installing and maintaining levees and gates, servicing pumping plants;

Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery

such as dozer, excavator, swather, rake, baler tillage tool to plow,

harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest

crops such as hay, soybeans, rice; Load\

inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive

trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators,

bins, silos, piles/bags; Attend to live farm animals including cattle

such as working and processing; Repair, maintain, fashion, service farm

buildings, fences, and other structures; Clean work areas and maintain

grounds and landscaping; Attach implements using hand tools; Speak and

understand English.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a

no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together

employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors

of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders

submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited

upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a

SWA is in any way a party
