Perform tasks involving physical labor for on-farm construction,
maintenance, and repair of grain elevators, grain bins, and other grain
storage facilities used for on-farm crop storage. Operate power tools
and other equipment, such as but not limited to drills, grinders,
forklifts, manlifts, and boom lifts. Drill holes in metal, and insert
and secure screws, bolts, washers, and rivets. Perform bolting
activities in connection with fabrication and assembly of components of
grain elevators, grain bins, and other grain storage facilities. Clean
up and prepare sites, set support braces, erect structures, and steel
frames. Clean up around worksite by removing\
rubble, debris, and other materials used in connection with the
construction, maintenance, and repair of grain elevators, grain bins,
and other grain storage facilities. Bush hog turnrows and keep worksites
free of noxious weeds and tall grass. May be required to work into the
nights and on most weekends. The employer may request, but will not
require, the worker to work on his or her Sabbath.
In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a
no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together
employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors
of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders
submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited
upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a
SWA is in any way a party
