Ecolab, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Set up and care of machine you will be operating
  • Inspect workpieces for defects and measure them to ensure accuracy.
  • Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications.
  • Make minor electrical and mechanical repairs and adjustments to machines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and oiling.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design and maintenance.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand production processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
