Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of storm, water, and sewer systems for municipal, industrial, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing underground utility crews and be ready to lead a fully functioning team from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a utility crew in the installation of underground storm, water, and sewer systems

• Interpret construction plans and specifications

• Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment

• Ensure work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards

• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors to meet project timelines

• Manage daily job site reporting and crew productivity

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a foreman on underground utility or water/wastewater plant projects

• Strong understanding of underground utility plans, specs, and procedures

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices

• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation

• Reliable leadership and communication skills
