Superintendent - Commercial Construction

gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in Commercial Construction. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to join our client's team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to successfully deliver high-quality projects.

Superintendent Essential Job Functions:
- Provide daily on-site supervision, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and specifications
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality, safety, or environmental concerns
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety protocols
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members

Superintendent Skills Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $140,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a fulfilling career opportunity, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, 401K, and more.
