Stainer / Painter Assistant (Entry-Level)

Were a small, high-quality team looking for a motivated, hands-on assistant with a genuine interest in wood staining and finishing. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career whos done some painting, staining, or woodworking and wants to learn more in a skilled trade environment.

What Youll Do:
Help with prep: sanding, taping, masking for wood and metal surfaces
Assist with staining and painting (mostly wood; some metal)
Keep work areas clean and tools maintained
Learn proper finishing techniques from experienced team members
Follow all safety procedures and work standards

Who Were Looking For:
Someone early-career with a bit of painting, staining, or woodshop experience
Strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail
Comfortable using tools, taking direction, and working independently or in a small crew
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for hours

Extra Points If You Have:
Experience with wood finishing, cabinetry, or furniture restoration
Familiarity with brushes, rollers, and spray systems
Automotive paint experience is a plus (but not drywall-only experience)
