CNC / Woodworker Mid-Level Role in Custom Wood Fabrication

Were seeking a reliable, skilled CNC / Woodworker with hands-on experience to join our custom fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone who already has solid knowledge of CNC operation and woodworking tools, and is ready to contribute right away not an entry-level position.
What Youll Do:
Operate and maintain CNC routers and woodworking machinery
Read and execute from cut lists, CAD files, and shop drawings
Set up and run CNC jobs with minimal supervision
Assist with sanding, assembly, and basic finishing
Maintain shop cleanliness, material organization, and safety standards
Work on a mix of custom projects using wood and wood-based materials
Were Looking For:
At least 12 years of hands-on CNC experience (router or similar)
Strong understanding of wood properties, tools, and fabrication methods
Comfortable using measuring tools, jigs, and hand/power tools
Someone whos organized, reliable, and capable of producing quality work independently
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Bonus If You Have:
Background in cabinetry, furniture, or sign production
Finishing or assembly experience (staining, sealing, hardware, etc.)
