Skills needed for refinishing flooring, walls, painting inside or outside, also installing wall mini split A/C and able to connect it to electrical box following the codes, fixing garage wall and ceiling, fixing driveway ground cement, able to install garage doors after fixing the inside, reinstall yard fence, install basement ceiling insulation, and cement some wall etc..
6 weeks to 2 months work, $800 net a week (which is equal to $1000), 10 hours a day, 5 days a week or get paid different by finishing a project paid amount per agreement.
Must have own equipments and tools.
