Roofing Sales Representative

We are now recruiting Sales Representatives to be a part of the BEST Retail Sales Division in the Nation.

-Flexible hours: 20-40+ hours/week. The only days that are required to be in the office are Monday and Friday mornings.

The average entry level roof inspector makes between $63,840-$138,320*/year, with the top performers bringing home north of $190,000*/year.
*Pay Rate: Compensation is based on performance, experience, and ability to exceed goals. Maximum earnings potential is typically achieved when working 40+ hours/week.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Running sales leads provided by the Company
-Conduct weather damage inspections. (To include climbing a ladder to physically inspect roofs)
-Maintain detailed reports of daily activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system.
-Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
-Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.

Following-up with homeowner when job is complete to ensure satisfaction and obtain Certificate of Completion, final payment, and any additional payment and/or required documentation
Attending weekly sales meetings and being active on Group Me
Requirements
Highschool Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year previous experience in sales required.
Previous experience in roofing is highly preferred.
