We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Site Contracts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a preference for candidates in the EST or CST time zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts related to large construction projects, ensuring compliance, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with data center construction projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data reporting and visualization.
• Knowledge of sourcing substation contracts.

• Perform sourcing activities for various professional services.
• Ensure all contractual requirements are met according to terms and conditions.
• Lead change order negotiations and manage change management processes.
• Provide regular status reports on issues, risks, and mitigations to leadership.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
