Position: Working Asphalt Foreman
Location: Northern Colorado
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise and actively participate in asphalt paving, patching, sealcoating, crack filling, and striping jobs
Coordinate with project managers and crews to meet deadlines and quality standards
Operate and maintain equipment including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and compactors
Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and crew productivity
Train and mentor crew members, ensuring high standards of workmanship
Communicate with clients professionally when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of asphalt experience, including paving and repair
Proven leadership experience in the field
Proficiency operating various types of paving equipment
Strong knowledge of asphalt materials and processes
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
