About the Role
ASE Inc. is seeking a Production Sales Engineer to lead sales and project development for our custom-engineered switchgear systems. This role combines technical expertise with client relationship management and full project lifecycle oversightfrom concept through production and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships in manufacturing, energy, and construction sectors

Translate customer needs into engineered concepts and accurate cost estimates

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure successful project execution

Coordinate shipping, invoicing, and project closeout

Qualifications

5+ years in electrical panel or switchgear manufacturing

Strong knowledge of UL standards (UL50, UL67, UL508A, UL891, UL1008)

Proficient in reading technical drawings, estimating, and using AutoCAD

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Bachelors degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
