New Construction Journeyman Commercial Plumber

Fault Line Plumbing, Inc. is a family-owned, construction plumbing firm with a focus on retail tenant improvement. We serve customers throughout California. We are looking for a full-time new construction commercial journeyman plumber. We are looking for a production plumber who can install and lead one to two installers;

General requirements:

Able to retain and execute verbal instructions without excessive repetition,
Excellent written and spoken communication skills,
Authorized to work within the United States,
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs. throughout the day,
Fluent in the English language, both oral and written; Bi-lingual, Spanish and English (preferred)
Valid California state drivers license

Technical requirements:

Fluent knowledge of the California Plumbing Code,
Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints and drawings,
Capable of producing an isometric drawing and developing a material list from said drawing,
Skilled with all manners of tools routinely used within the trade,
Capable of efficiently fitting and joining materials of all types

Benefits:

$55-65/hour
