Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Parkside Commons, a multi-family residential property in San Leandro.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in multifamily maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform daily maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Respond to and prioritize resident work orders promptly
Maintain property grounds and building exteriors/interiors in excellent condition
Coordinate unit turnovers and prepare apartments for move-in
Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget
Ensure safety protocols and maintenance standards are followed

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of multi-family property maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Skilled with hand and power tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly organized and dependable

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crawl, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
