**WE WANT CHARACTER, NOT JUST SKILLS**

Were looking for a framer who shows up early, stays late when needed, and takes personal pride in building things right. Someone who doesnt cut corners, doesnt make excuses, and treats every project like its going in their own home.

Youre the type who double-checks measurements, keeps a clean workspace, and speaks up when something doesnt look right. You respect your tools, your coworkers, and the homes youre helping to build.

**THE WORK:**

- Structural framing (walls, floors, roofs)
- Complex remodel framing around existing structures
- Reading structural plans and engineering drawings
- Working with LVL beams, I-joists, engineered lumber
- Load-bearing modifications and additions

**WHAT WE NEED:**

- 5+ years residential framing experience
- Can read plans and work from structural drawings
- Own your framing tools (saws, nailers, levels, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Safety-conscious and professional attitude
- Remodel experience preferred (working around existing structures)

**WHAT WE OFFER:**

- **$32-48/hour** depending on skill level
