Now Hiring: Experienced Carpenter / Remodel Specialist

TD Builder LLC is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter with Level 5 drywall finishing experience and a strong background in custom residential work, including bathroom remodels, framing, finish carpentry, and painting.

We work across the Bay Area on a mix of high-end residential and light commercial projects. If you take pride in clean work, know your way around interiors and exteriors, and can handle a job start to finish we want to talk to you.

Work Eligibility Requirement

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

We do not currently sponsor visas or work permits

Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility will be required upon hire (Form I-9 compliance)

U.S. Citizenship may be required for certain federal or public contracts

Key Responsibilities
Framing, trim, and finish carpentry

Interior and exterior custom remodels

Bathroom renovations (tile, fixtures, layout changes)

Level 5 drywall taping, mudding, and finish sanding

Interior and exterior painting

Reading and interpreting construction plans

Working independently or with a small crew to deliver clean, professional work

Qualifications

5+ years experience in carpentry/remodeling

Proficiency in Level 5 drywall finishing

Solid understanding of framing, finish work, and painting

Ability to handle custom bathroom remodels from demo to finish

Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently or lead a small team

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
