Handyman - Drywall Repair

Need somebody to fix the following:

-Install insulation.

-Build a frame to support the sheetrock ceiling.

-Install the sheetrock.

-Apply joint compound.

-Add texture to match the existing ceiling.

-Match and apply paint.

*Estimated cut-out area: approximately 15 sq. ft.

**Labor pay: $300 (we pay for material)
