Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Prior construction experience is beneficial, but we will train.
Starting at $25 plus benefits

Responsibilities:
Follow safety guidelines.
Assist technicians and foreman in removing, installing, and repairing roofing systems.
Execute tasks to increase roofing crew efficiency.
Prepare roof surfaces, remove debris, and trim materials.
Cover roofs and exterior walls using various materials.

Requirements:
Physical fitness for lifting heavy materials.
Must have own transportation.
Be able to do roofing jobs in all of Maui and Hana when requested.
Basic understanding of safety protocols.
Can work at heights
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Be able to work as a team with a positive attitude and in the spirit of unity.
