Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• HVAC coil cleaning in mechanical room and on roof top
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Perform routine maintenance Install electrical components and wiring
• Inspect and test HVAC systems and components
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems
• Perform warranty services
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training
• Keep records of work performed
• Perform emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
• Must be able to access tight spaces
• Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• EPA Universal Certification is a plus
