Immediate Need for Professional Land Surveyor

Our Client in the Pittsburgh, PA area is looking for a great professional for this role.

Salary starting at 85k and up from there.

What you will be Doing in this Position

• Performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
• Doing Construction Stakeout,
• As built Surveys and Utility line Route Surveys
• Topographic Surveys, Property and Boundary Surveys

Qualifications Required

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• SIT is required, PLS preferred; must have (or ability to acquire) PA and/or OH licensure.
• Working knowledge of Topcon-GPS and total stations a must.
• Knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs
• Ability to work overtime hours and travel locally when required.
