A Large Data Center in Trenton, SC is hiring an Office Coordinator to join the team for a great long term opportunity! Job Description: Assist project manager and superintendent with coordinating project jobs and schedules Handle all tracking of work orders from job creation to billing Maintain inventory tracking software Provide excellent customer service both internally as well to customers and vendors Troubleshoot and research discrepancies with work orders and inventory Scheduling and time cards Supply runs, office order pickups, etc. Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license - will occasionally drive a company vehicle to pickup supplies/orders Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience with MS Excel Experience or knowledge of Blue Beam is strongly preferred 2-4 years of Office Admin experience Experience in a Construction or Data Center environment is a plus Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have a valid drivers license as you will occasionally drive a company vehicle Shifts: Can work 4x10s or 5x8s, so either M-TH 630-430pm OR M-F 7-330pm **If Interested: Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com
