**What Youll Do:**
+ Prepare, fit, and assemble pipe systems and complex turbine components using precision tools and techniques.
+ Perform high-quality welding using TIG (GTAW) and/or FCAW processes in all positionsboth on and off the gas turbine unit.
+ Work with high alloy materials, interpreting detailed drawings and maintaining tight tolerances.
+ Operate welding equipment, power tools, rigging devices, and precision measuring instruments.
+ Collaborate closely with your team to meet manufacturing targets and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
+ Support production by taking on related tasks and cross-functional duties as needed.

**What Youll Bring:**
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
+ At least 18 years of age
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
+ Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and manufacturing assessment
+ Willingness to work 2nd shift (3PM11PM), overtime, and occasional weekends
+ Comfortable working in a tobacco-free environment and wearing all required PPE
**Who You Are:**
+ Graduate of an accredited welding program **OR** have 2+ years of industrial or commercial welding experience
+ Certified or able to certify in TIG (GTAW) and/or FCAW (Flux Core) welding through required testing
+ Skilled at fitting piping systems and working with high alloy metals
+ Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
+ Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift
**Tools & Materials Youll Work With:**
+ TIG and FCAW welding equipment and supplies
+ Pipe systems, fittings, and combustion components
+ Cranes, forklifts, grinders, and blending tools
+ Measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and custom fixtures
**Fabricator A** :
**Pay Rate:** The pay for this position is $30.337 - 31.482. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close on August 18th, 2024.
