As an Aerospace and Test Engineer on our team, youll provide expertise in evaluating new technologies, performing risk assessments, and improving test resource management. Your experience in flight test instrumentation and infrastructure is key and makes you an integral part of delivering a client-focused solution.
In this role, youll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating and improving test resources and infrastructure for leading-edge aerospace technology. Youll work with a large community of aerospace and test engineers across the company and collaborate with capability developers and international customers to deliver world-class solutions to coordinate testing of aerospace and weapons systems . Your engineering knowledge will help clients in the international F-35 partnership expand and improve their capabilities to keep the warfighter one step ahead of aggressors .

You Have:
5+ years of experience in test or development of DoD aircraft or weapons systems
3+ years of experience with test resource management, such as Flight Test Instrumentation, test capacity requirements, or test infrastructure
Experience with technical project management
Knowledge of DoD acquisition programs
Ability to assess engineering designs and associated test capacity requirements driven by customer needs
Ability to work independently while coordinating across a large international stakeholder community to achieve meaningful results
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
7+ years of experience working in an aircraft test program for a DoD ACAT-I acquisition program
Experience with Foreign Military Sales programs
Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and approaches, and associated considerations for test processes and systems
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
