ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work onsite or remotely, depending on your schedule. Choose from 7 am4 pm, 8 am5 pm, or 9 am5 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available for those who want it.

You head out to a state-of-the-art indoor farming facility, where your job is to keep complex HVAC systems running at peak performance. You check inventory, make sure your van's fully stocked, and roll up your sleeves to service critical climate-control equipment that supports the future of indoor agriculture. You chat with the customer, coordinate with the install team, and plan out future services. Whether you're troubleshooting, maintaining, or advising, your technical know-how and people skills make you the MVP on every site you visit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Knowledge and understanding of air-conditioning and heat pump systems

We prefer that you have the following qualifications:

• EPA certification
• Electrical certification
• Valid driver's license
• HVAC service tech experience
