Lead Electrician

Lead Electrician Job Description We are seeking a commercial Lead Electrician/Working Foreman for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing commercial electrical contractor in the Charlotte area. In this role, you will oversee electrical projects ranging from $100,000 to $1 million. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, performing layouts, and managing crews to ensure timely project completion in accordance with NEC code. The company values work-life balance, offering a standard 40-hour work week from 7 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Responsibilities Run electrical projects ranging from $100k to $1 million. Read blueprints and perform layouts for electrical installations. Lead and manage crews to ensure timely project completion. Ensure all work is completed up to NEC code standards. Perform conduit bending and EMT installations. Pull and run wiring for commercial electrical systems. Essential Skills Experience in reading blueprints and performing layouts. Ability to manage and run crews effectively. Proficiency in conduit bending, EMT, and wiring installation. Knowledge of NEC code and standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Foreman/lead experience. Team player with a responsible attitude. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
