Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking skilled **Industrial Maintenance Electricians** to join their dynamic team for 2nd and 3rd shifts. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Follow IATF16949 and ISO14001 work instructions and training protocols.

- Read and adhere to job-related work instructions.

- Observe and implement safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues.

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as Ajax Induction Furnaces, ACS Osborn Mold units, Sand Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Shot-Blasting Equipment.

- Repair electric overhead cranes and hoists, focusing on both electrical and mechanical aspects (excluding welding).

- Handle low voltage and voltage controls up to 480 volts.

- Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.

- Perform conduit runs and layout electrical cabinets as needed.

- Work with Allen Bradley Rockwell Software (RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, RS Linx) and PLC-5, and SLC500 hardware.

- Operate and repair electronic instrumentation such as temperature controllers, chart recorders, and variable frequency drives.

- Use basic computer skills to manage work orders.

- Obtain forklift, articulating boom lift, and scissor lift licenses through the safety department.

- Provide and use personal hand tools for daily tasks.

- Minimum of 6 years of manufacturing or similar experience (journeyman status preferred).

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Proficient in troubleshooting low voltage and voltage controls up to 480 volts.

- Solid understanding of PLC controls and programming.

- Hands-on experience with electronic instrumentation and variable frequency drives.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and perform mechanical repairs.
