**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal components.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.

+ Inspect parts for accuracy using precision measuring tools.

+ Perform routine maintenance and ensure safe operation of equipment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

**Qualifications**

+ 12 years of experience operating a brake press or similar machinery.

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.

+ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

**Preferred Skills**

+ Experience with CNC brake press machines.

+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.

+ Forklift certification is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
