Construction Lead

Key Responsibilities: Lead & Supervise Construction Teams: Directly lead and manage a team of construction professionals, ensuring effective teamwork, adherence to schedules, and high-quality workmanship. Hands-On Construction Work: Engage in various construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, floor installation, tile work, painting, light electrical and plumbing, and concrete work. Project Oversight: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations. Time & Resource Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and labor to meet deadlines and client expectations. Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to manage expectations and address any concerns that may arise during the project. Physical Work: Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 or more pounds, climbing ladders, standing for long periods of time, and working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.Required Skills & Experience: Construction Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, light electrical/plumbing, and concrete work. Knowledgeable about proper use and safety of various tools and construction equipment. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to confidently lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality project completion. Project Management: Strong understanding of project timelines, budgets, change requests, and building codes. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with team members, leadership, and clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met. Physical Capability: Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 or more pounds, climbing ladders, standing for long periods of time, and working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces. Other Requirements: Must have your own basic tools such as hammers, tape measurers, drills, etc., a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.
