Construction Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on various commercial construction sites, performing welding tasks to support the building and maintenance of structures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
+ Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
+ Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects.
+ Complete other construction labor tasks as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of welding experience.
+ 1+ years of construction experience.
+ Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
+ Certification in welding (preferred).
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
