Welders

Spherion Staffing is hiring MIG Welders for a machine/ manufacturing shop in Wichita Falls, TX! Working hours are Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm, with pay depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Assemble a wide variety of products from prints as well as from written and verbal instructions
Required to lift, carry and package parts and or assemblies weighing up to 40 pounds.
Operate both hand and power tools used in fit / weld area
Perform all quality checks as defined in work order packet
Inspect products using precision measuring equipment, tape measures and visual comparison

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Have working knowledge of weld procedures
Can operate power tools
Can read work orders
Can read measuring tools
Production weld/ fit experience is a huge plus

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
MUST have proven work experience as a welder
MUST be able to read blueprints
Must submit to drug screen and background check
