- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades. - Mission Critical electrical power distribution system project estimating experience ( generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, STS) - 5+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation, project controls, or electrical infrastructure.
- Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
