Industrial Millwright

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Millwrights for projects located in Tacoma, WA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform mechanical tear-down, repair, and rebuild of industrial equipment during scheduled shutdowns
• Use cutting and welding tools for modifications and repairs
• Lead or coordinate tasks with other trades and crew members
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Ensure safe, high-quality work under tight time-lines

• 10+ years of industrial millwright experience
• Strong skills in welding, cutting, rigging, and mechanical repairs
• Able to work long hours during shutdowns, including nights/weekends
• Willing to travel to various job sites
