Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in carpentry? Join Stier Supply Company's S.T.A.R. Academy and kickstart your journey with our 6-week training program in Charleston, South Carolina, focusing on foundational carpentry skills.

About the Role:

As an Entry Level Carpenter, you will receive comprehensive training in basic carpentry skills during our 6-week training academy in Charleston, South Carolina. This training includes the installation of baseboard, shoe moldings and exterior doors. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition to working as a Residential Trim Carpenter in your local market.

Training Highlights:

- Paid full-time in-house training, specializing in Finish & Punch Carpentry

- Skill development in carpentry tools, door installation, bath hardware, shoe molding, & interior trim repair/replacement

- Lodging provided for out-of-town trainees (not provided for candidates hired to our Charleston & Jedburg teams)

- Most meals provided, during training period

- Attend training program in Charleston, SC

- Valid drivers license and insured personal vehicle for daily use

-Daily use of personal smartphone for task assignments and tracking

- Employment eligibility

- Able to pass drug & background screening

- Be able to lift 50+ lbs. of material repetitively
