Commercial HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bentonville, AR

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality across multiple facilities.
• Travel between various facilities to monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inventory control, and manage contracted maintenance services.
• Inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace parts of HVAC systems to maintain peak performance levels.
• Document equipment readings and adjustments to guarantee proper operation and safety compliance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification is required.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word and Excel.
