Operating Engineer with Strong Plumbing experience preferred
Work week is Thursday to Monday 6am to 2pm.
Operating Engineer (Plumber) 1st Shift Thursday to Monday. Off on Tuesday and Wednesday
- State of Texas Plumbers license Prefered
- Regular and predictable attendance to support the needs of the team and the client
- Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of all building and equipment
- Attends safety training and complies with safety policies
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complete Corrigo Monthly PM work
- Perform Daily Rounds
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, building plans, and plumbing diagrams
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing necessary repairs
- Conducting regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations
- Installing and maintaining water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing-related equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures
- Collaborating with other trades and facility management team members on projects and maintenance tasks
- Responding to emergency plumbing issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and heavy equipment.
- The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock (high voltage); and vibration.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
