AtWork is seeking skilled Welder/Fitters for a Decatur, AL company. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fitting tasks, with a focus on precision and quality workmanship.

Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Perform welding tasks using Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques
- Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and plasma cutters for accurate measurements and cutting
- Work with sheet metal to fabricate and build structures
- Conduct fitting tasks to ensure components align correctly
- Operate in a construction site environment adhering to safety protocols
- Must be comfortable working in shop or a job site

Experience
- Proven experience in welding and fitting roles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Familiarity with plasma cutting processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
