WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Senior Contract Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Resident Business Services (RBS) department by overseeing reporting and ensuring correct cost reporting, via SAP Business Warehouse (BW), of RBS projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

- Create rebookings for RBS projects
- Review and approve incoming and outgoing invoices to customers
- Maintain interface-related authority to issue instructions
- Provide excellent customer service to customers as it relates to the invoicing questions or concerns
- Create and follow up on order processing for RBS projects (e.g., BANF/order, Incoming Inv. check and GoodsinRec.)
- Follow-up on business cases with incomplete and/or incorrect data
- Interface effectively with other departments within workflows (such as controlling, finance, SLM, etc.)
- Support RBS process owner in cases of contractual and financial process deviations by identifying cause
- Create monthly target-actual comparisons of assigned RBS projects through cost report (BW Report for SAP Subs)
- Perform deviation analyses and generate corresponding reporting for RBS leadership and ensure key departments are informed
- Monitor deviations for correct internal and customer reporting (e.g., transfers, additions, allocations, accruals, manual interventions in the report
- Maintain master data of assigned RBS projects in SAP
- Ensure feedback loops are effective between KUS RBS and KAG global key user(s)
- Create ad hoc reports as requested
- Support exit management initiatives
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, related field or equivalent comparable combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience either working as an Accountant or Project Coordinator preferred
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders
Working Conditions and Environment :
- Valid passport or ability to obtain passport.
- Travel required up to 15% of the time.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
- Overtime as required by work
- Physical requirements may include: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
