- Manage day-to-day operations of projects in all phases of work.
- Organize a work plan for each project assignment.
- Maintain project schedules and manage internal hourly budgets.
- Organize, coordinate, and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.
- Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports.
- Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants.
- Report status of all aspects of the project to Principal-in-charge.
- Keep clients informed of project status.
- Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects.
- Execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.
- Project management
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Architectural design
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Experience with public works and/or commercial projects
- Comfortable leading a team
- Experience taking projects from start to finish
- Experience with clients
- Architectural license is a bonus
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $51.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
