What Youll Do:
-Diagnose and repair roofing issues (shingles, tiles, metal, flat roofs, etc.) with precision and care.
-Perform inspections, identify leaks, and recommend solutions that fit customers needs and budgets.
-Deliver exceptional service, leaving every customer confident in their homes protection.
-Collaborate with our team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate clearly with customers.

What Were Looking For:
-Experience: 2+ years in roofing repair or related construction (residential or commercial). Knowledge of various roofing systems is a plus!
-Skills: Proficient in leak detection, shingle replacement, flashing repair, and general roof maintenance. Comfortable with heights and ladders.
-Communication: Fluent in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
-Customer Focus: Friendly, professional, and able to explain repairs in simple terms to homeowners.
-Reliability: Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
-Team Player: Strong work ethic, punctual, and ready to learn and grow with us.
