Handyman Needed for Airbnb Rental Homes (Los Angeles & Valley)

Compensation: $25$35 per hour (negotiable)

We are a local short-term rental real estate company operating throughout Los Angeles. Were currently hiring a reliable English-speaking, part-time on-call handyman to assist with maintenance and small repair tasks at various Airbnb properties in Los Angeles and the Valley, starting immediately.

PAY: $25$35 per hour and up, depending on experience.
SCHEDULE: Flexible, on-call as needed. Paid weekly.

Requirements:

Must have your own tools
Must have an economy truck or similar reliable vehicle
Must be comfortable using a mobile app to track tasks and submit reports
Must be local to the Los Angeles area

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Small patch and paint repairs
Hanging shelves, pictures, curtains, etc.
Assembling furniture (e.g., IKEA)
Occasional heavy lifting (staging furniture, moving items)
AC filter replacements and smoke detector checks
Installing Smart TVs and setting up routers/WiFi
Installing electronic locks and doorknobs
Trash bin management and hauling away excess trash
Fixing minor plumbing issues (clogged drains, toilets)
Performing weekly inspections via the Breezeway app
