Were an energetic team committed to creating products that make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Right now, were looking for a motivated individual to join us as a TIG Welder / Fabricator to help produce custom components for power wheelchairs.

This is a great opportunity to do hands-on work that truly mattersin a clean, climate-controlled facility with a team that values quality, purpose, and personal growth.

What Youll Do:

Fabricate and TIG weld small-batch power wheelchair components

Operate standard fabrication equipment including:

Saws

Drill presses

Manual milling machines

Work with precision and care to ensure each component meets quality standards

What Were Looking For:

Strong attention to detail

Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

Experience in machining or fabrication

TIG welding experience is helpful, but not required were happy to train the right candidate

Minimum age: 18

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible options: We offer four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days for full time employment. Part time employment can be flexible.
