Top Line is a growing leader in the Traffic Control Pavement Markings Industry. We're seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to lead a striping crew and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest of standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead daily pavement marking operations (paint, thermoplastic, signs, etc.)
*Operate and oversee operation of equipment
*Read and Interpret blueprints, layout plans and specifications
*Maintain daily work orders
*Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients or subcontractors
*Train and mentor crew members on proper technique and safety procedures
