Ranch Hand/General Laborer

Temporary To Permanent...After minimum 3mo trial period.
-NO DRUGS...IF HIGH IN ANY WAY WILL BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY
-MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
-MUST HAVE A VEHICLE
-NO WARRANTS or PROBATION
-Must be flexible...Some 8-9hr days & some days 4-5hrs or some days unexpectedly no work but always enough work for a week.
-Must Be Respectful, responsible, reliable, hard worker, willing to learn, must show effort-no lazy laggers, etc.
-Must like all farm animals & no bad allergies from animals, dust, trees, etc.

HOURS...
8am to....depends
hr lunch (Be prepared to bring lunch at times and always plenty of drinks or water to keep hydrated for a days work)

DUTIES...Some Not daily...Depends on the job that's being done & time of year...
-Feed/water ranch animals daily & possibly clear animal waste from stalls periodically, Dig post holes/trenches, use a weed eater to clear acres of property, use a backpack leaf blower, assist boss with projects(setting windows, setting drywall, cutting wood with saw/table saw, array of plumbing, hammer nails, painting, and many more duties but just depends what project the boss has going on.

We BB-Q at times but no alcohol on property. What you do after work when you leave is your business but NEVER expect a good day at work if you think you can show up with a hangover...We'll send you home if you cant do your job or even function.
