BATR is growing and hiring Experienced Welders and Skilled Trailer Mechanics for full-time positions at our busy, professional shop. If you know your craft, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a strong team, we want to meet you.

NOW HIRING FOR:

TRAILER MECHANICS:

Diagnose and repair trailer systems: brakes, suspension, air, doors, lights, flooring, etc.

Preventative maintenance & DOT inspections

Experience with dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds preferred

WELDERS:

MIG and Stick welding (steel & aluminum)

Trailer body/frame repair and light fabrication

Must be able to work independently or with a team

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ year experience in welding or trailer repair

Own basic hand tools

Reliable transportation and solid work ethic

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid drivers license preferred but not required

WHAT WE DO:
At BATR, we offer more than just trailer repairs. We install, repair, and service liftgates for major brands including Maxon, Waltco, and Palfinger. We also specialize in box truck body transfers, helping fleets extend the life of their equipment with professional and precise body swaps.

$25$32/hour starting pay (based on experience)
