Balcony Waterproofing Superintendent

About us:
Precision Construction and Painting is a Reconstruction Contractor. Specializing in the waterproofing of balconies, stairs, and walkways. We also self-perform other trades such as structural framing, wood replacement, and painting.

Position:
Guide crews on the correct installation of flashing, door pans, and waterproofing systems
Manager 4-6 Jobsites
Manage 20-30 employees

Trades:
Waterproofing: balconies, walkways, pool decks
Carpentry: Structural framing
Responsibilities:
Installation and project direction
Installation quality control
You will create, track, and adhere to project schedules
Place material orders
Track change orders
Field calls from residents

Experience:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must be an expert in all of the trades listed above
Waterproofing: You must be able to explain in your interview exactly how to do the different kinds of systems, when and where specific systems are used.

Carpentry:
We will ask detailed questions about framing members and types of repairs
Must have 5 years of hands-on experience

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm

80,000.00 to 90,000.00 per year depending on experience
