Were a hands-on, design-driven company building fully custom boat docks, tailored to each clients unique needssometimes right up to the last minute. Were looking for a skilled right-hand team member to bring our clients dreams to life.

What Were Looking For in a Teammate:

Strong construction skills with an eye for quality
Solid welding and metalworking experience (critical to this role)
Familiarity with both metric and standard (imperial) measurements
Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and in outdoor environments
Experience working on cars or mechanical systems is a plus
Must be comfortable working near and around large bodies of water

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with marine or dock construction
